1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is expired, defective, or damaged.
• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
• Personal-use products like incense, oils, or powders once unsealed.
• Products purchased on special discounts/offers (unless damaged/defective).

3. Refund Process

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund.

4. Return Shipping

• For approved returns, we will guide you on the return process.
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
